We got Papi in 2009, he was 5 months old. We got him from a good friend in Pennsylvania who was a breeder of Chihuahua’s. I’ve never owned a rescue. All my other dogs that I’ve owned were bred by my Mom. My mom bred and showed dogs for 45 years, I was born into this so I didn’t have a choice (lol). Since I have had dogs my whole entire life I can say it hasn’t changed, but I could not imagine my life without one. I have received from my dogs are unconditional love and true happiness! I learned that my dogs are that they are smarter, and nicer than most people I know! What I love most about Papi is that he is just the sweetest and kindest dog. The best part of my day is coming home to him, and Rain. They’re always happy to see me, no matter what! The differences that my dog has made for me is that I think they have made my life more complete than I could have ever imagined! Who my dog is for me is my best friend. I could not imagine my life without him, or Rain. If I have one thing to tell others about my dog is that he’s really very funny! He loves to sing, play with his toys (everyday I find at least 8 toys in my living room) and he loves everyone, except my neighbor, Bad Helen across the street (lol), I think she did something to him! I’m not really sure if I would have more dogs in my lifetime. Since I’ve had them my whole entire life I don’t know if I will get anymore after Papi and Rain are gone, but I can’t say never. Who knows what will fall into my lap!
